R&D

The knowledge and experience accumulated over the years in the development of industrial preparations enables us to develop highly innovative consumer products in the field of fruit or other ingredients.

We develop products with a wide variety of textures and combinations in order to offer the consumer the enjoyment of fruit of an innovative, easy, convenient and attractive way.

Thanks to our packaging technology and the versatility of Doypack pouches, we can make anything from beverage products in individual portions to creamy products for dosing in a wide variety of Food Service applications to family products that allow the consumer to have their fruit of choice with any meal or snack at home.

Idea

We are open to any ideas you might propose for development, manufacturing and packaging, or just packaging of consumer food products under your own brand in a Doypack container (pouch).

R&D

In the case of having the product concept clear but having not yet developed it, our R&D can guide you on formulation and carry it out on your behalf, if so desired.

Fabricación

If you already have your product formula but are not yet able to produce it on your own, we can help by providing you with our production lines and processes, in close accord with our Doypack packaging lines.

Packaging

We have large capacity and versatility for packaging consumer food products in Doypack pouches.
By working with film technology, we can package your product in pouches of any required size and shape with vertical or angled opening and a wide (baby safe) or standard cap.
We will also require your styling in order that the Doypack pouches we fill with your product display your brand attractively and contain the information the consumer requires.

Products

Tubs

We develop fruit-based jellied products, with or without sauce toppings, for eating directly from the tub or turning out onto a plate, as required.

Tubs are preformed multilayer polypropylene in order to achieve the necessary barrier effect, of 100 ml capacity, although other sizes can be chosen if required.

Tubs can be sealed with transparent or aluminium cover and can include a lid if necessary.

Tub packaging can be individual or grouped in packs of 2 units.

Pouches

We develop all kinds of liquid products, with a consistency from very fluid to very creamy, which can also contain pieces of various sizes, to be packaged in Doypack pouches made from multilayer film.

We are able to fit openings of various sizes to suit the contents of the pouch as well as standard caps or baby-safe wide caps.

Our technology allows us to place the opening in vertical or angled position, as required. In addition, by being able to fill the pouch through the top edge before sealing, we are able to work with all kinds of textures and particle sizes.

The multilayer film can be metallic, white or clear, as required, and can either be printed with your brand and labelling information or this can be printed on an affixed label.

Packaging

We produce liquid and creamy consumer products for others, with their branding or ours, packaged in tubs or Doypack pouches.

Packaging in tubs

We package in preformed 100-ml tubs, which can be grouped in packs of 2 units.

Packaging in pouches

We use film technology, by which we can make 100 to 1,000 ml-size pouches to any the shape that suits you.

In addition, we can place the opening vertically for direct consumption or in a corner for easier pouring, as appropriate.

By not having to fill the pouches through the opening, our technology allows us to add pieces of ingredients, as required. Openings, therefore, can be of various diameters depending on the contents.

We work with standard or wide caps (baby safe) as required.
